An initial consult is a 60 minute appointment where we comprehensively review your health priorities, health history, dietary habits, medications and current supplements. We will work collaboratively to discuss treatment options that support your health goals and fit your lifestyle and budget. 

A return consult may be booked for 30 or 60 minutes, depending on how much we have to discuss. Our conversation will review how you went with your previous treatment plan and prescription, any aspects of your health that we didn't touch on in the initial appointment, and any new concerns that have come up since our previous appointment. The longer consults are especially helpful when there are test results to discuss. 

An iridology appointment runs for 30 minutes. Iridology is a traditional naturopathic practice that uses the colours, fibre structure, and markings in the iris to assess constitutional strengths and weaknesses and organs or body systems that may require extra support. It is not diagnostic, but it provides insight into many aspects of health and can be a great introduction to naturopathy.
